Gratitude lesson
Gratitude We all want different things. In the pursuit of happiness we are sometimes blinded and think that in order to achieve that zen state of mind we need this and that, a bunch of stuff or positions or so on. Most of the time we don't get them. Or we don't get them when we want them and we become frustrated, angry, filled with negative emotions and we waste most of our energy on these toxic thoughts. Do you want to be happy? If so...nothing and no one but yourself is capable of bringing you in that state of mind, of consciousness. If you say that I will be happy when I get that, when I get this, when I will be like that and so on it gets you nowhere. Accept yourself, accept others, accept situations as they are. Even if it seems like something awful in the moment it is only a life lesson. We cannot become strong if we don't go through fire. And sometimes pain burns our souls.
