We are one.

     Today I want to talk to you about the fact that everyone seems to be in a war, with themselves or with each other. Why do we always feel the need to judge what others do, what others think, what others say? Why? Why do we do that? Why do we feel the need to argue? Why can't we all just get along? Why can't we accept each other the way we are?

     We are 7 billion people. How can you possibly expect everyone to be the same? I mean, I can understand...I understand that the ones that have power are afraid to lose it so they want us to be stupid sheep, everyone the same...like robots, with no feelings, no thoughts of their own. But we need to be aware of that and think. We are all here to learn, and we are in different stages of our development. We cannot possibly be the same and because of that we don't have to or at least we shouldn't judge anyone. Why should we? It doesn't help us, it doesn't help them. Why do we do it? Because we fall pray to our own demons, to our ego. Why are we so weak?  No. We need to become aware of this and to be strong to fight these negative feelings, always. How can we do that? 

        In the moment you feel angry, frustrated, sad or any negative emotion just stop, take a deep breath and think about all the things to be grateful for. Just the fact that you are here on this planet to have your experience of life, be it as it is; good or bad. Even if you are disabled, unhappy, poor or you live I don't know where in miserable conditions you still have the gift of life and need to cherish it. You can't live life by hating it, you have to love it because it is a gift from our Creator, whoever you believe that is.

       So stop judging and start living. The way to happiness is through unconditional love and acceptance. We are all one. So let's make this experience on Earth one to be remembered by our spirit. ;)

     Later edit: Watch this video that I found on Youtube. It's just one of many others. The answers are all there, you just have to search for them. And don't search too far. They are already within you, you just need to remember them from time to time. I hope it helps someone who is going through their awakening phase. This is no new age crap. It is what it is. We can't deny our true essence.
