How do you become the best version of yourself?

That is a question you don't hear very often. Or at least I don't hear it from too many persons... The reason is a simple one: people don't give a rat's ass about becoming better persons. They are just happy living by the standards of society. Follow the heard, dears...and you will fall off the cliff with the rest of them.

Let's think for a second. Why should we all be mindless zombies controlled by the desire to be accepted by other mindless zombies? Why not be the ones that fight this rising stupidity? Eh? How does that sound? Playing the hero is hard because it requires sacrifice and stepping out of your comfort zone. But ask yourself this: Do I want to live in a lie? Of course not! You are here on this earth to learn, to evolve, not to sit around on your ass and be brainwashed by TV, by your stupid friends or others that think that they are the center of the Universe.

So...how do you become the best version of yourself? Here are 10 easy steps to follow:

1. Stop trying to fit in. We are not robots, we are not sheep. We need to be ourselves. If you live by trying to make everyone else happy, if your wear a mask just to be accepted...you are already dead inside.

2. Read! At the beginning of all time...the word was the thing that held the most power. Knowledge is power, knowledge is freedom. Free yourself from ignorance.

3. Discover what you are good at by trying out different things. We all have qualities, man. We just need to do stuff to actually discover what we like.

4. Don't feed your negative thoughts. Make your inner monologue that of a friend not an enemy. It is very unproductive to be your own worst enemy.

5. Use your time wisely. You don't know how much you have. The truth is we all die. That's that. So we need to make the best out of the time we have.

6. Be kind. There are a lot of bitches and assholes out there. Don't be one of them. Even if people are stupid and mean you are not making the world a better place by joining that crowd.

7. Write. Well, that helps me a lot because that is my thing but even if that is not your thing you can still keep a journal or write letters to people you care about or not care about :)) just go with the flow...try to write poems and see where that gets you.

8.Exercise. As much as I hate sports...because I was a fat kid that loved food and I never exercised I find that being active really helps you by keeping you healthy, fit and with a high level of energy. Exercise helps also the mind  not only the body.

9. Get a lot of sun, enough rest, relax, play... you need to chill... Overworking yourself with the job and other stuff leads you to premature aging. Hey, I am 26 but people still ask me if I am 18 so...I must be doing a lot of chilling.... know why? Because I am cool. :)

10. Be free. Freedom...is the most important thing in life. Don't be a slave to society, don't be a slave to your fears. Be crazy and wild and alive. Love. Live. Dance. Sing. Do whatever the hell you want but do it with all your spirit. ( * but do not hurt other people or animals, you monsters!)
